Ona related note, many people wonder how the little moths get into their flour even though they put it in a glass jar and seal it well. The disgusting truth is that the moth eggs are in your flour when you buy it. The moths "get into the jar" because the eggs hatch in the jar.

But yes, just consider the unhatched eggs in your next batch pf cookies as added protein!
