Welcome to Misleading Facts! The hype around these Frankenburgers is pretty much all hype... This sounds impressive until you realize that the total food market in the US for 2020 was $760 billion--so plant-based represents 0.921% of total food sales. That 43% growth seems astounding--but in 2018, plant-based foods represented only 0.644% of total food sales--so the 0.277 point increase represents a growth rate of 43%.

Interesting analysis of the "burgers." From a nutrition standpoint, it is hard to beat real beef! And beef is plant-based food!

PS: Not suggesting you were trying to mislead with the sales figures. I went to your source and noticed they didn't mention total food sales. That's a dead giveaway that they were trying to mislead...
